I don't know why but I just don't like her. She always seems like she's trying too hard to seem like a "stoner/skater-surfer/one-of-the-guys" and it just makes her seem...fake.
i honestly think thats who she is, maybe its just thats all we see of her through the media so it seems fake. i have seen her before in byron bay and she seemed really chilled out & relaxed. shes a true skater chic.

I am so sick of Erin Wasson, if a person's personality seems totally contrived and she has been scrutinized for so many ignorant comments (homeless people *ahem*) - she is not an icon by any means by my standards. if you don't know her for real, then you really can't say one thing or another for sure.....that said, she really is a laid back, surfer girl,skate chick,who loves art, street fashions,and just hanging out with friends......she appreciates young and new talent...and no one can deny her style.....
you're right I do not know her - so I musn't judge from a distance. But one must take into account they way they seem, their image, or the way they come across. Maybe I'm just annoyed that people in the public eye make comments about things they know nothing about. If you're beautiful, talented and have great style - then great - but if, on the down side, you are uneducated, fine - but keep your mouth shut and just look beautiful. Rach in NYC.
