i am a big fan of chloe, for both her acting skills and sartorial style, but she got it wrong in both these photos.. reaaaally wrong
on anyone else this would look a bit heinous but on miss chloe...she pulls it off i think.

She has the best pins! I quite like the lower half of the outfit, not particularly fond of the neckline or sparkly butterfly [?] feature, but she can pull off whatever really.
